I just payed $19 for some French toast hash browns grits and eggs I asked for cheese on my eggs and sugar on my grits ànd she kept dast talking me she didn’t put anythunt on the stuff I asked for ànd her additude was terrible . Lady with light brown eyes look older with an blonde wig on.
I have been coming to this Coney Island for as long as I remember, when DoorDash became a thing I even supported them on there with zero problems but today after over 5 years of eating here I’m done. I’m never ordering here again after facing the most unprofessional service. On their DoorDash they have a tab for “Grandy’s dinner” and I always get the 6 piece chicken strip dinner with chili cheese fries. I ordered the same thing today and was met with the most difficult person (check photos). All I wanted was some comfort food after working since the AM’s. I will miss the very sweet white woman who always called me sweetheart. Thats all I have to say. Food is great but their service is terrible through DoorDash.
Why does this Grandys only have a 4.1 rating??? The food here is so delicious. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and I’ve had a “bad meal” maybe 3x. Delicious. Always hot. Even the service has gotten a little better.
